The case, set against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, emphasizes the influence of restricted healthcare access on disease progression. This report underscores the importance of recognizing atypical presentations of FA and highlights the role of a multidisciplinary team in navigating the complexities of this rare condition.
