Friedreich ataxia (FA), ataxia telangiectasia (AT), ataxia with oculomotor apraxia (AOA), and autosomal recessive spastic ataxia of Charlevoix-Saguenay (ARSACS) are among the most common forms of ARCA. These conditions typically present with a complicated phenotype.
